INHALATIONMove into fresh air and keep at rest. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
INGESTIONRinse mouth thoroughly. Drink plenty of water. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
SKIN CONTACTWash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Get medical attention if irritation persists after washing.
EYE CONTACTIrrigate the eyes with water or proprietary eye-wash for at least 15 minutes. Get medical attention if any discomfort continues.
EXTINGUISHING MEDIAThe product is non-combustible.
PERSONAL PRECAUTIONSAvoid inhalation of dust.
SPILL CLEAN UP METHODSAvoid dust formation. Preferably remove spillage with a vacuum cleaner. If not possible dampen with water and collect spillage with a shovel, broom or the like. Collect spillage in containers, seal securely and dispose of as low hazard waste.
USAGE PRECAUTIONSAvoid handling which leads to dust formation. Observe good industrial hygiene practices. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using the product.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONSStore in closed original container in a dry place. Keep separate from food, feedstuffs, fertilisers and other sensitive material.
INGREDIENT COMMENTS General nuisance dust levels should be controlled to WEL (8hr TWA):- 4mg/m3 respirable dust.
ENGINEERING MEASURESProvide adequate ventilation. Observe Workplace Exposure Limits and minimise the risk of inhalation of dust.
RESPIRATORY EQUIPMENTWear suitable respiratory protection. A half mask dust respirator approved to EN 149 : 2001 FFP2 is recommended. Ensure that the mask fits tightly to ensure an efficient seal.
HAND PROTECTIONFor prolonged or repeated skin contact use suitable protective gloves.
EYE PROTECTIONWear dust resistant safety goggles where there is danger of eye contact.
PERSONAL PROTECTIONAlways check applicability with your supplier of protective equipment.
