Hypertension Brands (Avapro/Avalide, Monopril) Team Lead. Responsible for the collaboration with marketing teams on the development of Pre-POA/POA training based on brand strategic initiatives, visual aid messaging, and training of sales force.
Facilitated Track 2 training classes for approximately 1,000 newly hired TBMs for Engage!, Avapro/Avalide, Monopril, Plavix, and Pravachol. Coordinated the largest Track 2 training in Plainsboro, and implemented the Track 2 Training Reception and the Track 2 Training Certificate.
Coordinated the expansion training of the Group 6 sales force adding Avapro to their portfolio. Participated on the launch teams for Abilify, Metaglip, and Pravagard.

Successfully launched a new anti-hypertensive medication, exceeding sales goals by 56%, while continuing to increase the overall market share for this product. Received a National Sales Directors Award for the successful launch of new product.
